These are in-game screenshots of my project currently in development (the game is still untitled). It is an open-world RPG featuring dodge-based combat, set in a 1.5 km² explorable environment where worlds have collided. The setting includes a steampunk metropolis in ruins that has never seen blue skies, a natural world now drenched in Arcane Ruin, and finally, the Arcane World—a realm governed by indescribable laws that is now attempting to claim the other worlds for itself.
As a magical alchemist summoned to this region, your duty is to drive this invading world back to where it came from.
The most demanding part of this project has been optimization. Making these graphics run on 10-year-old hardware has been a challenge; current minimum requirements are 4GB RAM, 4GB VRAM, and an 8th Gen i3 processor.
Thanks to custom optimization tools I’ve developed, the game reached an incredible 700 FPS in lab tests. In actual gameplay, it fluctuates between 140 and 220 FPS at 4K (Ultra settings) and 300 to 500 FPS at 1080p (Ultra settings). I hope to maintain this level of optimization until the project's completion.
